988 Crisis Lifeline

If you or someone you know is in crisis and may be considering suicide, please reach out to these hotlines immediately, call 911, or go to your local hospital emergency room. The “988” is the three-digit, nationwide phone number to connect directly to the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. It is available to anyone in suicidal crisis or emotional distress.
